Refund policy

Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original bag. We can’t accept returns of mounts that have been snapped off a strip, stuck down, or otherwise used.

Adhesive can only be returned unopened.

Final sale
Custom-color orders are made to order and are final sale.

How to start a return
Email us at daniel.gcmanufacturing@gmail.com or call 941-350-8287 with your order number. We’ll reply with return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
