Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Large orders and custom-color orders may take longer; we’ll let you know if your order needs extra time.
Shipping rates
- Standard (2–5 business days after shipping): $7.99
- Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more
- Express (1–3 business days after shipping): $14.99
- Local pickup in Sarasota, Florida: free, by appointment
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.
Local pickup
Choose “Pick up” at checkout. When your order is ready, usually within 2–4 days, we’ll email you. Call or text 941-350-8287 or reply to that email to set a pickup time. Pickup is by appointment only.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Lost or missing packages
If your package hasn’t arrived, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll work with the carrier to find it. Once a package is marked as delivered, we aren’t responsible for loss or theft, but we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Address errors
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
